SKYBLUE BATTLES IT OUT AGAINST RECRUITMENT RIVALS

SkyBlue team play at the REC's five a side football tournament

Members of SkyBlue’s Head Office and the Birmingham Solutions team attended the REC Football League at Birmingham City Stadium on the 18th of May.

Richard Toy (Toy 6), Jason Campbell (JC 7), Matt Woodall (Woody 9) and captain Adam Baylis (Baylis 5) represented the SkyBlue team alongside friends who teamed up for the five aside. Family and more friends were in the stands cheering them on.

Almost four hours of football and six five aside matches tested the fitness of our team who proudly passed the first round and fight for the Plate Cup. In the group qualifiers SkyBlue played five matches gaining glory in two but losing the other three.

The team eventually qualified in third place and passed onto the quarter finals of the Plate Cup where they lost 2-0 and were knocked out.

Congratulations on your fancy footwork boys!
