Our new skills testing system ensures you get the most out of our candidates...

SkyBlue has teamed up with the ISV Group to provide skills testing software for all candidates coming through our doors. Using the Fast Path software, we will ensure you get exaclty the right candidates for the roles you need to fill.  

Offered in a range of languages, the tests available include Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and with a tailored program especially designed for SkyBlue, we can also create our own bespoke tests for example on construction skills.

Candidates are able to view their resukts immediately whilst our consultants can view the candidates' scores online, with the option to reassign tests to them or assign a trainign exercise.

Overall our new software adds value, ensures a thorough recruitment process - reinforcing our recruitment and management systems, which aim to unearth skills strengths for the benefit of you - our clients!
